Julian Hernandez—painter first, always.
Born and raised in Miami, where the ocean light taught me color. At New World School of the Arts I studied painting and art history, then stepped sideways into modeling—Freedom Models in Miami, Vision in Los Angeles. Fashion pulled me, film wrapped around me; I became a set dresser, building worlds on screen. But paint never left my hands. Every break I made, every quiet night I poured into canvas.
From runways to backlots, I chased visuals, texture, story. Now I stay right where it all overlaps: curating space, shaping mood, making objects that hold feeling.
